Please assign your club to the area in which you are primarily active and that best reflects your identity. Select the cluster that most accurately represents the core of your activities, offerings, or thematic focus. TUM departments and partners should select the category “TUM institution or partner.”
This classification serves as the basis for the thematic design of the fair and helps visitors navigate more easily. As part of the booth planning process, we may adjust the final allocation if necessary, with the aim of enabling as many clubs as possible to participate with their own booth while ensuring a coherent, engaging, and thematically well-balanced fair.
Please provide the name of a contact person who will be responsible for coordinating the setup, operation, and dismantling of the booth and who will be available as an active team member throughout October.
If possible, please also provide a general email address. If no such address exists, please nominate a second contact person. All event-related communication will be conducted exclusively through the email addresses you provide.
We encourage you to make your booth as engaging and interactive as possible. Feel free to showcase projects, prototypes, demonstrations, or hands-on activities to give visitors a vivid insight into your work.
If you already have specific ideas or planned program elements, we would be happy to hear about them here.
The fair is your opportunity to shine: How would you like to present what your organization stands for?
The standard stand size per exhibitor is approximately 2.50 m x 2 m. We reserve the right to reduce the space available per stand (and vice versa) if demand is high.
Depending on availability, basic equipment for setting up the stand can be provided free of charge. When registering, take a moment to think about what kind of setup truly suits your presentation. Not every stand needs a table – sometimes a pinboard, a custom-built booth, or a large prototype can speak for itself.
Any furniture you pre-order will be delivered directly to your stand on the day of the event. Electrical outlets are permanently installed. You will need multiple sockets or extension cords to power your booth.
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own equipment. Please keep in mind the limited booth space and ensure compliance with the participation terms and conditions.
